Training & Support
The NucleusLabs support team provides direction and assistance to over 1100 clinical and administrative users, during regular business hours. Our support personnel also perform on-site training during initial deployments and as such they have become familiar with many of our users around BC and the Yukon.
Chances are good that when you phone in to NucleusLabs' support line, you may be talking to one of the people that trained you on the ECR system in the beginning. This familiarity is an advantage for both parties.

Data Canoe ECR Backup Tool
The NucleusLabs Data Canoe ECR Backup Tool is a windows-based application that is to be installed at each ECR member agency. It is a very secure method for downloading your entire ECR demographic, program, stats and notes data to a local computer.
