The core feature set of the NucleusLabs Electronic Client Record (ECR) System provides a robust case management database solution for therapy, social, mental health and community services requirements.

Comprehensive Client Demographics
The controlled collection of all pertinent client information, contacts, guardianship, date of birth, International Classification of Functioning, Disability & Health (ICF) diagnosis, presenting needs, consents, external community service providers and other vital statistics essential to understanding and tracking client demographics.

Daily & Group Staff Statistics
Widely adopted, easy-to-use daily worker statistics track therapist time using child and non-child related information such as initial contact, home visits, travel, documentation, preparation, consultation with external community professionals, participation in groups, drop-in programs and various other interventions.

Advanced Automated Reporting
By combining demographics, program information and staff statistics with other data, the ECR automates both MCFD and internal management reporting processes, producing detailed reports (list based and graphical report output) in seconds. Front-line staff no longer have to stress about completing the funder's monthly reporting requirements. The ECR enables them to concentrate more time on the children and families they serve. NucleusLabs works procactively with agencies on the Provincial Steering Committee for SIRF as the ECR system generates MCFD SIRF reports automatically every month.

Online Document Editing & Tracking
